Faster account setup and fewer permission headaches

Freemium signup flow + verify-email polish
- ●New signup defaults to a focused first-run: Team, Field (Timecard tile), and Flow chat. Other tools stay hidden until you turn them on.
- ●Auto-creates a default project on signup so you can clock in immediately — no setup wizard required.
- ●Email-verification link now lands on a branded confirmation page instead of raw JSON.
- ●If you abandon a signup partway through, you can use the same email to sign up again.
