FluidCM private beta

Stop chasing clients for approvals, info, and payments.

FluidCM is a lightweight client portal and field workflow layer for residential builders. Keep client decisions, missing information, and payment follow-up visible before they slow down the job.

The problem

Your team should not need a detective to find what the client owes next.

Residential builders lose time when approvals, owner decisions, missing details, and payment reminders live across email, text, spreadsheets, and memory. FluidCM turns those open loops into a simple shared workflow.

Approvals buried in text threads and emails

Missing client information that stalls the schedule

Invoices and payment reminders that require awkward follow-up

The solution

A simple client follow-up hub for active jobs.

FluidCM gives builders one place to send requests, track what is outstanding, and preserve the decision trail. It is intentionally narrow for the beta: fewer dashboards, more closed loops.

1

Ask once

Send a clear approval, info request, or payment prompt from the project context.

2

Track the open loop

See what is waiting on the client before it turns into a schedule or cash-flow problem.

3

Close the loop

Keep the decision, response, or payment trail attached to the job for the team to reference later.

What builders get back

Get approvals out of your inbox

Put selections, change approvals, and client sign-offs in one simple client-facing flow instead of chasing scattered replies.

Keep every request tied to the job

Capture what you asked for, who owes the answer, and what is holding up the next step so the team can see the real bottleneck.

Make payment follow-up less painful

Give clients a clear place to review outstanding items and move payment conversations out of one-off reminder messages.

Built for builders who live on their phone

A lightweight, mobile-first experience for residential contractors who do not want another heavy back-office system.

Why this direction

Pain-led positioning while LinkedIn validation is pending.

The current landing page uses the recommended interim LinkedIn test direction: client chasing as the core pain, with approvals, information requests, and payments as the first workflows to prove. We are not claiming a live validation winner yet; the private beta is designed to collect that signal from real builders.

Part of the FluidCM field system

The client portal focus fits alongside the existing mobile-first field tools for timecards, daily logs, and jobsite documentation.
